What is CrossFit?

CrossFit is a comprehensive fitness program in which exercises from all areas are constantly being put together. It includes gymnastic exercises using your own body weight, as well as weight lifting and endurance exercises.
CrossFit uses these natural movements to create a daily changing workout. Just as the demands of everyday life change, the exercises in CrossFit also change daily.
The training takes place in small groups of a maximum of 10 participants so that our trainers can always keep an eye on everyone. This ensures that nothing happens during training and that you always get the most out of each training session.

WORKOUT OF THE DAY (WOD)
In the Workout of the Day, our trainers mix up a daily changing program that equally addresses all abilities of the human body.
In addition to strength, endurance, speed, agility and coordination, dexterity
and endurance is trained.
The exercises are constantly being combined in new ways and challenge you anew every day.
Training in a group with like-minded people is also a lot of fun.
The Workout of the Day is basically doable for everyone, our trainers will adapt the program to each individual performance level. This way, beginners and advanced athletes can train together and everyone gets their optimal training stimulus.
